An inside the waistband (IWB) method of carry for base trauma gear without the need for pocket space.  The kit is designed to accomodate a SWAT-T or ETD, Combat Gauze, a SOFT-T or CAT, Mini Shears, and Chest Seals.

This "tuck-able" version comes with a Gen. 3 Utili-Clip that allows for an outer layer to be tucked over, completley concealing the kit.
